Shadowplay

An activity commissioned by the Learning Department at Compton Verney to accompany the Shadows exhibition. Devised by myself and Ania Bas, we were asked to give visitors a sense of participation in the exhibition. Visitors were invited to pose for a silhouetted photograph. This was then digitally cut out with exquisite precision, showing the smallest detail of hair or outline. The visitors then kept a copy themselves and contributed another to a dramatically lit tableau. Link to Shadows Exhibition
